Dr. Shah is a cardiologist who treats patients with cardiovascular disease and specializes in heart failure care. He is the current Director of Heart Failure Outreach in Long Beach, CA. He previously held leadership roles at the University of Utah including the Medical Director of the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and Program Director of Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology. Dr. Shah has co-authored over fifty peer-reviewed articles, and presented original research at national and international meetings. His passions include medical education, heart failure care, and reducing the burden of heart disease among the South Asian community.
