We usually ship within 1 to 2 Business Days after an order has been placed, contingent upon the products being in stock, which in most cases they are. If we happen to be out of an item, we will immediately contact the customer to determine whether they can wait a few more days for it to arrive or if they prefer a full refund.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of our products within thirty days of receiving your order, simply return the faulty merchandise along with your invoice, and we’ll promptly refund the total for the returned merchandise or provide an exchange, whichever you prefer. Your complete and absolute satisfaction matters to us!

For your protection, we recommend using a traceable/trackable and insured shipping service like UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. All returned merchandise remains the customer’s responsibility until delivered to CoreBlades.com.
Refunds or credit to your account will be processed quickly, usually within 10 business days of mailing your return. If we have your email address, we’ll notify you as soon as your return is processed. No hassles, quick processing!
Return Goods Policy
Other than warranty returns, only new/unused STOCK items may be returned. Returns on special order and/or custom items are not accepted.
All requests for non-warranty return of products purchased from CoreBlades.com must be made within SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of purchase.
All returns must include a clearly marked Return Authorization Number issued by the account manager.
All new/unused product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
